An integrated heat pump and tank bring domestic hot-water heating into one floor-standing unit. Choose a suitable ventilated installation space around the side air openings.
R134a refrigerant and metal outer casing.
No separate outdoor heat pump is shown for this all-in-one design.
Plan floor loading, airflow and service access before installation.
The specification lists 200, 250 and 300 L tanks. All three share the same rated heating capacity, so compare stored volume and available installation height together.
The default water setting is 55°C. The supplied manual assigns the higher temperature region up to 75°C to electric heating, so the maximum is a system capability with assistance.
Rated heating capacity: 2.4 kW at air DB/WB 20/15°C; water 15→55°C.
Rated heating input: 0.59 kW; COP: 4.06 at that condition.
A 2.0 kW auxiliary electric heater is listed separately.
The listed air discharge direction is horizontal and the product is specified as non-ducted. Keep the side openings clear and provide the room ventilation required by the approved installation guide.
Listed airflow: 450 m³/h.
Microchannel heat exchanger and electronic expansion valve.
Four-way-valve defrost is listed in the specification.
The supplied controller guide documents temperature adjustment, weekly on/off timing and operating-status queries. Its Wi-Fi section explains Smart Life pairing.
Weekly scheduling from Monday to Sunday is documented.
Temperature, operating status and fault information in the guide.
Confirm the controller and Wi-Fi configuration for the ordered model.

The workbook lists 47 dB(A); the manual technical table lists 45 dB(A). This page retains the workbook value. Neither table supplies a measurement distance or a sound-power/sound-pressure definition for that figure.
75°C is a maximum system temperature with electric assistance. The manual working-limit chart assigns temperatures above 55°C to the electric heater. Do not interpret the 2.4 kW heating rating as output at 75°C. Maximum current and auxiliary-heater current are not values to add for circuit sizing; use the final nameplate and approved wiring data.

Is this a split system?
No. The supplied product is an integrated heat pump water heater with a built-in tank, not a separate outdoor heat pump and storage cylinder.
Can the heat pump alone reach 75°C?
The manual working-limit chart assigns the region above 55°C to electric heating. The stated 75°C maximum therefore requires electric assistance.
Is it an inverter heating and cooling product?
The workbook feature header conflicts with its fixed-speed filename. The manual states that the primary permitted function is water heating. Inverter control and a controlled cooling function are not claimed here.
Can I connect air ducts?
The specification states non-ducted. Do not assume compatibility with ducts; obtain an approved product-specific installation arrangement.
Does the unit provide air conditioning?
The manual notes that cooling and dehumidification of surrounding air can be secondary effects of water heating. These are not independently controlled air-conditioning functions.
Can I use Smart Life?
Smart Life Wi-Fi pairing is documented in the supplied CB1 manual. Confirm the controller and Wi-Fi module for the CA1 reference and the selected storage capacity.
Which sound figure is used?
The page retains 47 dB(A) from the workbook. The manual lists 45 dB(A); obtain the model-specific acoustic declaration if noise is critical.
What information helps select the tank?
Peak draw-off, incoming-water temperature, recovery time, room ventilation, available height and floor loading are the main inputs. Confirm the filled operating weight and final installation clearances.
