Combine air-source water heating and an integrated storage tank in a floor-standing cylindrical unit. Choose 210, 270 or 320 litres to suit the installation and hot-water demand.
Three storage capacities with dedicated model codes.
Horizontal side discharge with a non-ducted configuration.
Plan for ventilation, plumbing and maintenance access.
The R290 DC inverter platform uses ambient-air energy for domestic hot-water production. The supplied performance sheet declares 3.0 kW heating capacity and COP 5.2 at the stated test condition.
Rated electrical input: 0.577 kW at the same test condition.
Air DB/WB 20/15 °C; water heated from 15 to 55 °C.
Actual performance varies with ambient conditions, water temperature and operating mode.
A microchannel heat exchanger transfers heat to the storage system. Electronic expansion control and automatic reverse-cycle defrosting support the water-heating platform.
210 / 270 / 320 L storage choices.
Default tank-temperature setting listed as 60 °C.
Confirm the approved temperature range and auxiliary-heater configuration for your market.
The integrated touchscreen displays tank temperature, set temperature and operating status. Supplied documentation also covers Smart Life Wi-Fi pairing and app-based operation.
Temperature settings, timers, quiet-mode and status functions.
View operating information and fault records through the documented controls.
Connected features depend on the selected controller and configuration.
The PV Direct-Driven Series has dedicated P-coded models and a separate PV installation manual. Select it when the project includes a purpose-designed photovoltaic input.
Standard models: GHWVSH-210 / 270 / 320AA1.
PV models: GHWVSHP-210 / 270 / 320AA1.
Obtain the approved PV voltage, current and array design for the selected unit.

The manuals list 75 °C as a maximum setting, while the supplied WaterMark schedule lists 60 °C. This page does not present 75 °C as an approved limit for every version. Confirm the permitted operating temperature and heating method.
The 2025 configuration sheet gives heights of 1710 / 1930 / 2150 mm, differing from the specification/manual heights shown above. Obtain the final drawing. The 10 A manual retains 3.1 kW in its table; do not infer its electrical design from the 16 A version.
PV input voltage/current/power limits are not established by the supplied parameter tables. Obtain approved PV design data rather than copying limits from another product.

Which tank size should I choose?
Size the system from draw-off and recovery requirements. The supplied material does not establish a universal number of occupants for each tank volume.
Does COP 5.2 apply in every season?
No. The declared rating uses air DB/WB 20/15 °C and a water-heating cycle from 15 to 55 °C. Site performance depends on the actual operating conditions.
Are 75 °C operation and heat-pump-only operation the same?
No. The manuals list a 75 °C upper setting, the electrical-control sheet has a separate 65 °C heat-pump-operation parameter, and the WaterMark schedule lists 60 °C. Confirm the approved temperature and heating method for the exact version.
Is the supplied compliance documentation also for the PV model?
The available certificates identify GHWVSH model codes and heater variants. Do not assume they cover the GHWVSHP PV models; request the matching documents.
Can this unit be ducted or installed in a small cupboard?
The specification lists a non-ducted configuration. Use a suitable ventilated location and follow the selected model’s manual. Do not treat a product scene as an installation drawing.
Is a 10 A version available?
A separate 10 A manual is supplied, but some electrical values differ between manuals and certificates. Obtain a confirmed nameplate, wiring requirement and approved configuration.
Does PV Direct-Driven mean off-grid or battery-free operation?
Those claims are not established here. The manual documents a PV configuration and AC provision; the complete electrical arrangement must be confirmed for the selected unit.
Does an STC report guarantee a rebate?
No eligibility or rebate amount is stated here. The supplied AS/NZS 4234 files are model-specific reports; any incentive eligibility must be checked separately for the exact installation.
